2. Medical Disclaimer

We provide Class I medical devices for the non-surgical treatment of chest wall deformities such as Pectus Excavatum. However, our products are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or professional healthcare advice. Use is at your own risk. Always consult with a licensed medical professional before beginning any treatment.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Prices are listed in the selected currency and may change without notice.
  • Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship promptly, but delays may occur due to production times, customs, or external factors. Buyers are responsible for accurate shipping info and any import duties or local taxes.

5. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our product as a Class I Medical Device for direct skin contact:

  • Returns are not accepted once a Vacuum Bell has been shipped and/or used, in accordance with international hygiene and safety standards.
  • Used devices cannot be returned or resold, even if only used once, due to contamination risks and COVID-era hygiene protocols.

✅ Exchange Policy

You are eligible for a one-time exchange if:

  • You purchased the Vacuum Bell after a consultation with our team
  • The model/size received is incorrect
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

In these cases, we will cover the cost of the exchange. To request it, email us at info@pectushealing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

💸 Refund Policy

  • Full refund: If requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipping
  • Partial refund (minus 10%): If requested after 24 hours, as production begins immediately

We operate on a stockless model, with each device produced within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Affiliate Program

By joining our affiliate program, you agree to follow all affiliate guidelines. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violation of terms
  • Withhold commissions in case of fraud or deceptive practices

Affiliate commissions are paid out quarterly, and commissions are not valid on pump accessories or upgrades.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, images, text, videos, manuals) is owned by Pectus Healing™ or its licensors. You may not reuse or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
