    ⚠️ Medical Device Regulations for Vacuum Bells

    The Vacuum Bell for Pectus Excavatum is classified as a Class 1 Medical Device.

    • According to international medical regulations, once a Vacuum Bell has been used, it cannot be returned or resold, as it is considered a single-user product.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, any used device must be safely destroyed.

    • This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new and sterile product.

    🦠 COVID-Era Hygiene Policy

    As a direct-skin-contact device, the Vacuum Bell collects sweat, skin oils, and other fluids during use.

    • Due to post-COVID health regulations, used medical devices like the VB are considered non-returnable.

    • Even if a device has been tried just once, it cannot be accepted back.

    • This aligns with global standards for medical-grade personal-use products.

    ✅ Exchange Eligibility — If You Booked a Consultation

    While returns are not accepted, we do allow free exchanges in specific cases.

    🔹 You're Eligible for a One-Time Exchange If:

    • You purchased a Vacuum Bell after a consultation with our team

    • The recommended VB model size turns out to be incorrect

    • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

    In these cases, we will cover the cost of exchanging your device

    🕑 Note:
    Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your order.

    To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Ensure you had a consultation with us before ordering

    • Include:
        • ✅ Your order number
        • ✅ A description of the issue
        • Photos or videos showing the problem clearly

    Our team will review your case and get back to you within 24–48 hours.


    💸 Refund Policy for Vacuum Bell Orders

    We offer refunds in very limited cases, based on production timing:

    • Full refund:
      If the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order and the parcel hasn’t shipped

    • 🔁 Partial refund:
      If the request comes after 24 hours, we’ll deduct 10% to cover production costs

    We work on a stockless model to maximize hygiene — your Vacuum Bell begins production within 24 hours of purchase
