Every component of our Vacuum Bell system is crafted with precision, using the best available materials — because when it comes to your chest and your health, only the best will do.
✅ 10-Year Warranty — Vacuum Bell (VB) Only
We are proud to offer an exclusive 10-year warranty for all Vacuum Bells (VBs) sold through our store.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects of the Vacuum Bell shell

Faults in material quality or workmanship
It does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or accidental incidents (e.g., dropping, cutting, burning, excessive pressure)

Modifications or alterations made to the device without written consent
1-Year Warranty on PUMPS (Soft, Pistol, Smart)
All pump devices (Soft Pump, Pistol Pump, and Smart Pump) come with a 1-year warranty.
Why only 1 year?
Because pump components are mechanical parts subject to wear over time — especially with intensive or improper use.
However, with proper care, most of our customers use the same soft pump for several years without issues.
To ensure optimal longevity:

Always disconnect the pump after reaching desired vacuum pressure

Avoid over-compressing or forcing the pump

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun or heat
🛠️ Warranty Support: How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product may be eligible for a warranty claim, here’s how the process works:

Our team will request:

Photos and videos to assess the issue

A few simple tests to help identify the problem (often, it’s just the pump or connector)

If the issue is confirmed and covered:

You may be asked to ship the product back to us
(shipping costs not included) -
We will repair or replace the item

We’ll then ship it back to you

⏳ Processing time may take up to 2–3 months, depending on location and availability.
