  • According to the medical device laws and the covid rules, returns are not possible in any ways.
  • We'll send a substitution if the device is damaged (visual proof needed) or if you had the consulting service and we suggested the wrong model size (visual proof needed)
  • Only if you are elegible for a substitution you can send back the device.
