- Refunds are possible only if the parcel has not been shipped yet, within 24 hours from the date of the order
- After 24 hours, we'll deduct 10% from the total refund to cover the expenses of the manufacturing process that has already started, we work stockless since the beginning of the pandemic to provide the highest hygiene standards
- According to the medical device laws and the covid rules, returns are not possible in any way.
- We'll send a substitution if the device is damaged (video/photo/test proof are required) or if you had the consulting service and we suggested the wrong model size (visual proof needed)
- (You'll have up to 2 weeks to ask to start the exchange process)
- Only if you are eligible for a substitution you can send back the device.
