In the area of application, body fluids will be released through the skin.

That's why  we can't accept any return

After COVID-19 the rules are even more stringent regarding it

We'll make an exception to the rule at our expenses  

Only if y
ou purchased a specific model size after having the model size consulting and it's not correct
Or if the device is damaged (video/photo/test proofs are required)

In this case, you'll be able to send back the device and we'll ship the correct one to you. 

(You'll have up to 2 weeks to ask to start the exchange process)
