The Vacuum Bell for Pectus Excavatum is classified as a Class 1 Medical Device.
- According to international medical regulations, once a Vacuum Bell has been used, it cannot be returned or resold, as it is considered a single-user product.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, any used device must be safely destroyed.
- This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new and sterile product.

As a direct-skin-contact device, the Vacuum Bell collects sweat, skin oils, and other fluids during use.
- Due to post-COVID health regulations, used medical devices like the VB are considered non-returnable.
- Even if a device has been tried just once, it cannot be accepted back.

While returns are not accepted, we do allow free exchanges in specific cases.

- You contact us within 14 days of delivery
