🕑 Production & Processing Times
To ensure medical-grade hygiene, all Vacuum Bells are produced on-demand. We do not keep ready-made stock.
- Production begins within 24 hours of your order
- Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days
❗ If you request a refund after 24 hours, a 10% deduction will apply to cover production costs. (See our Refund Policy).
🚚 Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 7 business days.
Exact delivery times may vary depending on your country and local postal services.
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and selected delivery method. All orders include tracking.
🛃 Customs Fees & VAT
Depending on your location, customs duties or local VAT may be charged upon delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
❌ Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is:
- Refused at delivery
- Returned due to an incorrect address
- Unclaimed at customs or pickup points
You will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, and a 10% restocking/production fee.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to update.
